Growing up as a Malaysian born Chinese in a culturally diverse neighborhood, Dr. F learned to honor differences and to blend in with his surroundings since young. Adding up with his keen interest in literature, it is not hard to understand why he was determined to become either an anthropologist or a writer someday. Yet, crazy things do happen to crazy people, and Dr. F ended up becoming a doctor in Taiwan.

Not wanting to part with his love for travel and need to write, Dr. F now blogs his way through several of his trips around the world. Although vacation time may be scarce in the medical world, he tries his best to use up all the available opportunities he has for his explorations. During his free time, Dr. F loves to dance and cook. Being the sole trained integrative physician in the hospital, he hopes to share his thoughts on healing with all other like-minded people.
