Dr. F and his darling companion Caren went on a trip to Tucson this Spring. Although their main agenda was the annual site leaders meeting for Integrative Medicine teachers, there is never a lack of fun in Arizona. Dr. F managed to meet up with his fellow classmates and colleagues, and then completed a trip to Northern Arizona while having a bad bout of tummy ache. Short yet spectacular, this sums up what it means to relax while you work.
